We had such an amazing time creating in Mexico with some of our dear friends! Travelling outside of the country can be oh so much work but it’s always oh so worth it! The location was absolutely incredible and inspired us more than we imagined! Looking back we’re instantly transported back to this beachy, tropical destination wedding shoot at Pachamama in Todos Santos, MX. Looking for a little escape? We have just the thing for you!
We had to get creative with this one, and it’s a challenge we are ALWAYS up for! Being in other countries and doing floral design can be stressful at times, but it’s so inspiring. We got to incorporate flowers we don’t typically use, and had to be more creative about sourcing and design. All of these challenges and perks are some of my favorite things.
For this destination wedding shoot in Todos Santos, we were surrounded by a lush and tropical setting that was anything but what we’re used to in Texas!
Pushing the bounds a little further, I created a no-greens bouquet of all roses with a pop of orchids. This was a new one or me and I was thrilled with how it turned it out! This modern, floral-forward bouquet was a dreamboat! It was incredibly easy to dress up a space that was already stunning. We wanted to compliment the surroundings focusing on sandy tones with dried floral for one set up, and green tones from fresh with another. It was truly the beach meeting the tropics and showcased all the beauty that is Pachamama in Todos Santos, MX.
I couldn’t possibly pick a favorite because both sets brought all the modern magic and beachy romance that I just can’t get enough of!
