Intimate weddings, what a JOY! We just absolutely love whenever we get be a part of celebrations like this. Munis and Samar were absolute sweethearts. They wanted their wedding day to solely revolve around the love that they shared and those who knew it best — their best friends and family! Every inch of their organic boho wedding in Dripping Springs, Texas was full of excitement and love that could be felt the second you walked through the door. Seriously, we stepped into their venue and immediately could tell that everyone was just so beyond happy for these two.
This day just screamed LOVE!! It was the most incredible feeling when we walked in with the ceremony arrangements and people started clapping…literally. The fact that we get to bring joy like this to people’s lives is such an honor and honestly one of the best perks of the job!
Our couple chose a super cool Airbnb in Dripping Springs for their ceremony that had a deck overlooking the valley.
Everything was stunning and grand while feeling incredibly intimate and special. When Munis and Samar told us that they were envisioning a “minimalist boho meets whimsical garden party” vibe we could not wait to get to work! We loved how they wanted a very non-traditional and organic boho wedding, and how they really leaned into the wildflower look. They stuck primarily to whites, blushes, and some peachy oranges with sage green, and honestly, what a perfect palette! I don’t know what we loved more, their altar or those stunning dinner tables under a canopy of lights! The photos Munis and Samar took under that dreamy canopy seriously were like straight-up #PinterestGoals!!
The ceremony altar was so much fun to design and create!
We essentially made two pillars of floral in rich orange, white, and shades of peach. It had the dreamiest boho vibe as we allowed the florals at the top to wing out a bit and be a little more organic. Not to mention the colors of the florals worked so well with the rugs they had down their aisle!
The details of this organic boho wedding were perfect and we feel so much reward after every wedding knowing we were a part of such an important day in a clients life, however, when we receive a direct message of gratitude from them after their wedding we KNOW we knocked it out of the park!
Something that was so special is that the day after their wedding Munis sent me one of the sweetest texts I’ve ever received! I could almost cry just thinking about it: “I essentially broke down into tears as soon as I saw my bouquet, every single petal and leaf you placed was perfect… y’all do such critically important work on such momentous occasions for people. I just hope you feel loved and appreciated for all that you do.” Ummm someone bring on the tissues!! Seriously, it is reactions like this that are the reason we continue to work hard (through all the crazy wedding weekends) and do so with the biggest smiles on our faces.
